Getting started
When you first open NivaDesk, a short setup gets your workspace ready for your kind of work.
- Pick your industry: NivaDesk tailors the workflow steps, order fields and labels to your craft.
- Review the business description: it auto-fills to fit your trade and shapes how orders are set up. You can edit it any time in Settings ▸ Workflow Steps.
- Explore the Free Demo workspace: sample orders and customers let you try everything before adding real data.
- Add your first real order with Add Project when you are ready.
You can change your industry, workflow steps and labels later in Settings, so nothing here is permanent.
