Plans & billing

Is there a free version?

Yes. Free Demo lets you try NivaDesk with a small sample workspace, up to 5 orders and 3 customers, at no cost and with no card required. Upgrade whenever you're ready.

Which plans are available?

Free Demo (free), Lite (£9/month or £90/year), Pro (£19/month or £190/year) and Team (£49/month or £490/year). Each step adds more capability, from unlimited orders to Client Files, advanced finance and team collaboration.

Can I pay monthly or yearly?

Both. Choose monthly for flexibility or yearly to save, paying for ten months instead of twelve. You can switch billing period at any time.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the plan screen. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What are the Free Demo limits?

Free Demo includes up to 5 orders and 3 customers, basic finance summaries, personal notes and the ChatGPT App. Client Files, advanced finance and team messaging require a paid plan.

How do I cancel, and do you offer refunds?

You can cancel any time from your account; your workspace stays on its paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then returns to Free Demo. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation policy linked in the app and footer.

Team & seats

How many users are included?

Free Demo, Lite and Pro are single-user workspaces. Team includes 5 seats so you can collaborate with your studio.

Can I add more team members?

Yes. Team includes 5 seats, and the workspace owner can add more seats, £5/month or £50/year each, from the Plan screen, up to 10 users in total. Manage or cancel them any time from billing.

Which features are Team-only?

Internal team messaging, Quick Replies, team roles and permissions, join-request approval and To Do assignment are available on the Team plan.

Client Files & storage

How much file storage do I get?

Client Files storage is included on Pro (10 GB) and Team (50 GB), so you can upload, preview, download, rename and manage production files attached to each job. Free Demo and Lite don't include Client Files.

Can I buy extra storage?

Yes. Pro and Team can add +100 GB (£9/month · £90/year) or +200 GB (£15/month · £150/year) of Client Files storage on top of the plan, any time.

Online store integrations

Can I connect WooCommerce, Shopify or another online store?

Yes. WooCommerce and Shopify connect natively from Settings, and almost any other platform, Wix, Squarespace, Etsy, BigCommerce or a custom website, can connect through a generic order webhook or a no-code tool like Zapier or Make. New online orders flow straight into Orders and Schedule, with the customer, items and totals mapped to your order workflow.

ChatGPT App

What is the NivaDesk ChatGPT App?

It connects your workspace to ChatGPT so you can ask about orders, due dates and recorded spending in plain language and get answers from your real studio data. It's included on every plan.

Is the ChatGPT App secure?

Yes. It connects through OAuth and respects your workspace permissions, it only sees what your plan and role allow, and you stay in control of the connection.

Platforms & apps

Which platforms is NivaDesk available on?

NivaDesk runs on Mac, iPad and iPhone, on the web at nivadesk.app, and on Android via Google Play. Your studio works the same across all of them.

Does my data sync across devices?

Yes. Your workspace is cloud-based, so orders, customers, files and finance stay in sync in real time across Mac, iOS, Android and web.

Where do I pay, on the web or in the app stores?

You can subscribe on the web with secure Stripe checkout, or through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing on mobile. Whichever you choose, your plan applies to the same workspace everywhere.

Data, security & support

What happens if my subscription ends?

Your workspace falls back to Free Demo access when a paid subscription ends. Your data stays safe, and export and download access remains available so you're never locked out.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You keep ownership of your data and can export and download it at any time, including on Free Demo.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account and data deletion from Settings, or via the Account Deletion page linked in the app and on the website. We remove your data in line with our privacy policy.

How do you handle my data and privacy?

NivaDesk is operated by EGGCRAFT LIMITED on secure cloud infrastructure. We follow the Privacy Policy and related legal pages (Terms, Cookies, Acceptable Use, Subprocessors) available in the app and footer.

Which languages and currencies are supported?

The website and app default to English and automatically follow your device language where supported (including Turkish, German, French and more). Financial figures are shown in your local currency.

How do I get support?

Visit nivadesk.app/support or use the Support & Contact link in the app. We're happy to help with setup, billing and anything else.

What happens to my data if something goes wrong?

Two separate things keep your data safe. First, automatic backups that we run: deleted orders go to a Trash you can restore from for 30 days, and your whole database has point-in-time recovery (any moment in the last 7 days), daily backups kept for two weeks, and a daily account backup. Second, your own export: any time, you can download your own copy of your data from Settings → Data Management: a self-service export you control, separate from our backups.
