1. セキュリティ原則

NivaDesk は、authorized workspace access、modern authentication、role permissions、trusted infrastructure、limited data access、export/deletion options、継続的な改善を基本にしています。

2. アカウントセキュリティ

ユーザーは email/password、Google、Apple などでログインできます。パスワードは安全な認証システムで処理され、plain text では保存されません。ログイン情報と端末保護はユーザー責任です。

3. Workspace の分離

業務データは workspaces 内に整理され、access は membership と role permissions により管理されます。ユーザーは自分の workspace のみを見られ、削除された member はアクセスできないべきです。

4. ロールベースのアクセス制御

NivaDesk は Owner、Member、View Only、Workflow Only などの roles を支援し、特に financial data や client files へのアクセスを責任に応じて制限します。

5. Client files とアップロードコンテンツ

アップロードファイルは workspace と role permissions により管理されます。plan により storage/upload limits、metadata、file type restrictions、abuse prevention controls が適用されます。

6. クラウドインフラとストレージ
