Receipts
Send the receipt. It finds the payment.
Drop a photo or PDF of an invoice into the chat and ask NivaDesk to file it. The document is read, the amount, date and merchant are pulled out, and it's matched against your bank feed.
If the payment hasn't reached your bank feed yet, the receipt waits in the inbox and attaches itself as soon as the transaction lands.

Where the intelligence sits

ChatGPT does the understanding
It reads your question, decides which NivaDesk tool answers it, and writes the reply in your language. That's the AI part, and it runs inside your own ChatGPT account.
Machine reading for documents
Receipt images go through optical character recognition to lift out the total, the date and the merchant name, so you don't retype them.
Your numbers are not guessed
Matching a receipt to a payment, suggesting a category or linking a transaction to an order is scored arithmetic on your own history — not a model's opinion. Low confidence asks you instead of assuming, and you can override every suggestion.
Setup
Three steps, once.
- 1In ChatGPT, add the NivaDesk app from the app directory.
- 2Sign in with your NivaDesk account and approve the workspace you want to connect.
- 3Ask your first question. The connection stays until you remove it.
The app connects through OAuth and follows your workspace role: it can only see and change what you can.
