Made-to-order items reach the bench
An Amazon sale arrives as a NivaDesk order with its item titles and quantities, a due date from your usual lead time, and room for production notes.
NivaDesk for Amazon sellers
NivaDesk is order management for made-to-order, handmade and repair businesses. The Amazon connection brings your Amazon orders into the same list as the rest of your work, so each sale becomes a job with a status, a due date and notes — without retyping it from Seller Central.
Current status
Access under reviewThe NivaDesk app is waiting for Amazon's approval and is still in Draft status at Amazon. Until Amazon approves it, sellers cannot complete the connection. Once it is approved, the Connect button in NivaDesk becomes available on its own; there is nothing to install.
For small workshops that sell some of their work on Amazon and make, personalise or repair it themselves.
An Amazon sale arrives as a NivaDesk order with its item titles and quantities, a due date from your usual lead time, and room for production notes.
Amazon orders sit next to the orders you add yourself, each marked with where it came from, so you plan the week from one list instead of two tabs.
When a buyer cancels on Amazon, the next check moves the NivaDesk order to Cancelled and records it in the order's history, so you do not make something nobody will collect.
Each imported order keeps its Amazon order number and a link that opens the same order in Seller Central, where the delivery details are.
These are the only fields NivaDesk takes from Amazon. Everything else in Amazon's response is dropped before it leaves the separate NivaDesk Amazon service.
In NivaDesk each imported order shows an Amazon badge, the Amazon order number, Amazon's status and payment state, the total, and a link to the order in Seller Central. The customer appears as “Amazon Customer”.
Orders travel in one direction only: from Amazon to your workspace.

Every request NivaDesk sends to Amazon's Selling Partner API is a read (GET) request.
In NivaDesk, open Settings › Integrations › Amazon. Only the workspace owner can connect or disconnect Amazon; team members can see whether the connection is working.
NivaDesk sends you to Amazon's own consent page in Seller Central. NivaDesk never sees your Amazon password.
NivaDesk finds the marketplaces your account sells in and starts bringing in your orders.
You can disconnect at any time from the same screen: syncing stops and the stored Amazon authorisation is deleted. Orders already imported stay in your workspace.
The connection is started from NivaDesk. If you arrive from the Amazon Appstore, sign in or create a free workspace, then connect from Settings › Integrations.
One connection covers the Europe-region marketplaces your seller account sells in. Amazon tells NivaDesk which ones those are when you connect.
Marketplaces outside the Europe region are not available yet.
The Amazon connection has no separate price and is not limited to a plan: it is included on every NivaDesk plan, including Free. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

See full plan details →No. Every request NivaDesk sends to Amazon's Selling Partner API is a read request. It never changes listings, prices or stock, never confirms shipments and never messages buyers.
NivaDesk checks every 30 minutes, so a new order normally appears within about half an hour. The first check after you connect looks back 24 hours.
At the next check the matching NivaDesk order is moved to Cancelled and the change is recorded in its history. Nothing is deleted.
No. Your status, due date, notes, assignment and the delivered mark are never changed by a sync. A cancellation on Amazon is the one exception: it sets the order to Cancelled.
NivaDesk does not request Amazon's buyer and recipient data, so imported orders show “Amazon Customer” without an address. Use the link on the order to open it in Seller Central, where the delivery details are.
No. It is included on every NivaDesk plan, including Free. You pay only for the plan you choose.
Amazon is still reviewing the NivaDesk app, which is in Draft status. Until Amazon approves it, other sellers cannot complete Amazon's consent screen. After approval, the Connect button in Settings › Integrations switches on by itself.
